Which Pillow Style is Best for Your Needs?

With so many pillow styles available, it can be confusing to know what is best for your needs. So, let’s start with your sleeping style. When you wake up in the morning are you on your back, side or stomach?

Side - are best suited for a medium or firm density pillow. The firmer density keeps your head and neck from going too low near your shoulder blade

Side Sleeper

Back - a medium density pillow is preferred so that you get just enough support but not too much that your head/neck are pushed uncomfortably forward.

Back Sleeper

Stomach – choose a soft pillow so your breathing area is not obstructed and your neck isn't pushed toward your back.

Stomach Sleeper

The above are just recommendations, everyone has their own personal preference. Remember that your head is going to be comforted by this pillow 6-8 hours a day, 365 days a year, for the next 2-12 years.
